How long does it take to deliver the products?

As long as the products are in stock, we basically ship the product in 3 business days after your order. Because of the stock status, the shipping might be in more than 3 business days after your order. In this case, we will let you know the delivery schedule.

[to Japan] It will take about one to three days to deliver after the shipping.

[to abroad] It will take about one to two weeks to deliver after the shipping. How long it will take depends on where to deliver.

When the delivery does not arrive, what should I do?

After we ship the products, we will send you an e-mail that tells you the tracking number and the delivery company. You can look up the delivery status on the tracking site with these information in the e-mail. If you put the wrong delivery information, your delivery might not arrive. In this case, ONFAdd does not take a responsibility for it. So please make sure you put the right information.

Where can I check how much is it the shipping charge?

How do I deal with the Customs duties?

Customs duties are not included in the product price or shipping charge. These charges are the (buyer’s)customer’s responsibility. These charges are normally collected by the delivering company, or when you collect the item. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.


How do I use "Discount Code".

  1. Go to "Check out" page.
  2. Enter the code in area of discount coude. And click "Apply" button. When you're purchasing on smartphone, you should tap "Show order summary" to show it.

Can I change my order?

After we confirm your order, we will send you an order confirmation mail regarding your item. At this point, the sales contract between the user and ONFAdd ought to be made. To deliver the item as soon as possible, we ship the ordered item within 3 business days after the sales contract is made. Due to the above, we basically cannot accept the order cancellation and the modification caused by your personal preference. We will not be able to cover the shipping cost incurred by your personal preference. Please make sure that there is nothing wrong with your order and shipping information when you make an order.

How do I return or exchange an item I've bought from you?

At, we only accept the exchange of defective items, like having been torned or broken. We do not accept the refund of the decectives and customer requests for returns or exchanges. If you receive the defective product, please send an e-mail with your order number and pictures that shows defective point within 30 days after product’s arriving.

We generally cover the cost of return and reshipment postage. But if the item does not meet our Conditions of Exchange, we do not cover the cost of reshipment.

Can I pick up products?

You are always welcome to visit our Tokyo Office, but we don't sell the products at our office. However, you can see, touch, and try on the actual products at the office. Let us know when you will be able to visit us through our contact form here.
