At onfadd.com, we only accept the exchange of defective items, like having been torned or broken. We do not accept the refund of the decectives and customer requests for returns or exchanges. If you receive the defective product, please send an e-mail with your order number and pictures that shows defective point within 30 days after product’s arriving. After we acknowledge the defective from the picture, we will ask you to send back the product with payment on arrival. When you dispatch the product, please let us the trucking number. After we confirm the trucking number, we will start ship a replacement.
*When we can’t acknowledge the defective from the picture, we will actually inspect the product. We generally cover the cost of return and reshipment postage. But if the item does not meet our Conditions of Exchange, we do not cover the cost of reshipment. The item must meet our Conditions of Exchange (see below) in order for exchange to be processed. The return process can take up to 30 business days to complete upon receipt of the item.
Any returns showing signs of, damage, or abuse because of the unexpected use will not be accepted for exchange. You have to let us know you want to exchange the product within 30days after the product’s arriving. Items must be returned with the tracking number of the reshipment.
